Dynamic Frontier Holdings (USA) received approval to acquire Teghout Mining

Dynamic Frontier Holdings (USA), through its subsidiary Cuprar RA, has received approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Armenia to acquire 100% of the shares of the charter capital of Teghout CJSC. 
 

Dynamic Frontier Holdings (USA) has received U.S. Department of the Treasury authorization to acquire 100% of the shares of the charter capital and outstanding debt of Teghout CJSC. 
 

Upon completion of the transaction, Teghout CJSC will continue to focus on the efficient and responsible operation of one of Armenia's largest copper and molybdenum deposits.
